Each project is different and subject to different hold-ups. Most projects take anywhere from 12 to 27 months to complete. But below is the general timeline our new construction homes follow.
The initial consultation is complete & the project is in full swing.
During this phase, we finalize architectural plans, secure permits, and select materials to ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned before construction begins.
The site is prepared and the foundation is poured, establishing a solid, precise base for your home’s structure.
The home begins to take shape as framing crews build the structural skeleton, defining each space with accuracy and craftsmanship.
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are expertly installed, integrating the essential infrastructure that brings your home to life.
Exterior finishes are applied and interior walls are enclosed, giving form and function to both the home’s façade and interior spaces.
Custom details, millwork, fixtures, and finishes are installed with care, transforming the structure into a refined and livable home.
The final touches are completed outdoors, with thoughtfully designed landscaping that enhances curb appeal and complements the home’s architecture.
You’ll take a guided walkthrough the project and we’ll work together to identify any items that need attention prior to move-in. We will do a final review meeting with you to answer any operational questions regarding appliances, heating and cooling systems and any other questions. We will do a final clean up to the highest standards possible both within the project and anything on the property that we touched.
