During the early phases of construction, site selection is critical. After choosing the ideal location, we'll start meetings with an architect for preliminary design kick-off. Before being finalized together with your home design, a preliminary budget will be created. When your plans are completed, we'll be able to assist you in obtaining your building financing.

Construction Start

At this point, we'll construct the foundation and frame your house. Doors and windows will be put in, as well as all of the HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical rough-in work. Your chosen exterior building materials, such as your roofing material, will be used at this stage. We begin to choose and evaluate your custom interior design.

Interior Construction

Drywall and textures are applied. The installation of cabinets, counters, flooring, tiles, and trim will begin after this is finished.

Finish Building Process

The fourth stage is when the installation of appliances, plumbing, and lighting fixtures begins as well as your chosen door and cabinet hardware. The foundation is poured, as well as irrigation and landscape installation. We'll finish the painting and staining of cabinets and walls before doing the last sanding and staining of your hardwood floors throughout the house as it approaches completion. It's time to move into your brand new custom house once every detail is finished and the list is completed!
